Ash Wednesday is a solemn reminder of our human mortality and our need for reconciliation with God. It marks the beginning of the Lenten season—a time of reflection, repentance, and preparation for Easter.
We hope you will join us for this meaningful time of worship.
—Pilgrim’s Caravan program is for children from K-5th grade and is from 6:30-7:45 on Wednesday evenings September thru mid April.
No pre-registration is required.
CARAVAN KID’S CORNER
Caravan Purpose: To lead children to know Christ as their personal Savior and to help them grow in their Christian walk. Through the weekly meetings of studying, sharing, and experiencing the love of Christ, through the staff and other children, we pray these children will see the love of God and desire to spread God’s love to those around them.
WHAT IS CARAVAN? It is a Christian Scouting Program provided by our church every Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:45 pm where children can worship through music, sing, learn Bible verses, do crafts, go on field trips, earn a first year banner, ribbons and a 5th grade trophy, receive Christ as their personal Savior or continue growing in their Christian walk, all with Christ as the center of each Wednesday evening! Whew! And there is more that we don’t have time to list!
Who may join? Any children from our church or the community, in Kindergarten through 5th grade. CHILDREN ARE WELCOME TO REGISTER AND JOIN AT ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. No pre registration is required to attend. We ask for a $5 donation the first night you register to defray costs. We serve a dinner at 6 pm for families who will be attending Caravan.
